Press Proofs

When ink color and paper matching are vitally important, press proofs are available on some of our products for an additional cost. A press proof is printed with the exact same printing process as the final item. Please budget for both additional cost and extended setup & proofing time if a press proof is necessary (anywhere from 2-7 extra business days depending on the product and printing process).

When you request a press proof, we will process your art and set the order up to print on our presses. We will run a portion of the order on the actual paper so that you can see the ink and paper colors as they will be printed on the final item. The cost for a press proof depends on the printing process and the ink colors used.

Color Matching

Color matching services are available for an additional cost on projects using Pantone spot colors for normal press runs. For full color offset printed items, any requested press proofs will be added to a normal press run (with other projects) to keep costs down, which can add a significant amount of time to your order. Please allow for extended setup and proofing time for color matching.

NOTE: Press proofs are not available for RUSH projects, and may not be available on all products. Please call for more information.
