PDF Proofs
When we send you a PDF proof, you'll get a proof email providing some information about your project, a due date telling you when we need to hear back from you with approval or changes, and a link to your PDF proof near the bottom of the email.
The proof link looks something like this:

You should be able to download and view your proof simply by clicking on the proof link at the bottom of the email. If you have any problems, just see the section below or give us a call! Remember, your job is on hold until we hear back from you, so please contact us as soon as possible with your approval or changes.
Troubleshooting
I haven't received my proof email.
If you're expecting a PDF proof and you haven't seen a proof email, you may want to check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, please give us a call at 208-298-0161 (or toll free at 1-800-473-4158).
Help! I can't open a PDF file!
Online proofs are provided in PDF format, requiring the free Adobe Reader to view and/or print. If you don't already have Adobe Reader on your computer, you can download it for free from Adobe's Web site at: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
When I clicked on the link, it downloaded a ZIP file.
If there are multiple files listed, your proofs have been compressed into a ZIP file for faster downloading. Most operating systems now have built-in support for ZIP and you should be able to open the file just by double-clicking on it. For more info, please see How To Open a ZIP File.
I can't click on the link in the proof email, or when I click on the link it says that links have been disabled for security purposes.
If your email program doesn't allow you to click on links in the proof email, try copying and pasting the link from the proof email into your browser. Highlight the link, then hit Ctrl-C to copy (Command-C on a Mac). Open your browser, click on the address bar, and hit Ctrl-V to paste (Command-V on a Mac).
Alternatively, you can try opening the PDF directly in Adobe Reader. Just start Adobe Reader and choose File, then Open. Copy and paste the link from your proof email into the Filename field, then click "Open." Adobe Reader should download the PDF and display it directly.
Depending on which email program you use, you can also add us to your safe senders list so that you can click on emailed links from us. For more information, consult the documentation for your email program.
When I click on the link, I get a page in my browser that says 404 - Page Not Found.
PDF Proofs are automatically deleted off of our servers after a week or two. If it has been a while since we sent the proof email, just give us a call at 208-298-0161 (or toll free at 1-800-473-4158) and we'll resend the proof.
