Art Approval/Proofing Terms

Your job is very important to us. We know that one tiny error or omission can ruin an entire project, so we go to great lengths to proof every job for accuracy. Your job will be on hold until we hear from you, so please contact your sales representative as soon as possible with your approval or changes.

Please examine your proof(s) thoroughly before approving your art. Are the following items correct?

• Spelling & Punctuation
• Phone Numbers & Addresses
• Names & Other Important Information
• Layout & Design
• Duplexing & Orientation
• Type Style & Size
• Paper & Ink Colors
• Quantities

NOTE: By approving your art via email, fax, mail, phone, or at our store, you explicitly agree to these proofing terms. You acknowledge that you have examined the proof(s) referenced and approve it as-is for production. You also understand that Moneysaver Printshop cannot be held responsible for any remaining errors, and that you will be charged in full for any order that is re-printed, at your request, because of an error.

For your convenience, we've set up an innovative online proofing system. If you'd prefer to see a hard copy, you're welcome to stop in to examine printed proofs, or we would be happy to fax proofs to you. We also offer press proofs for an additional cost.
