Our company is not rigidly departmentalized. Although each staff member has a primary work assignment, everyone understands that completing a customer's work is "job one" and helps out wherever needed. This open approach works, but we do separate our company into a few departments. Whether it's customer service or production, it takes everyone we have to make our clients look their best.
